In addition to our high-level care and attention to the animals, some may require special attention that is specialized for that particular animal or circumstance. Such things as customized containers, food, and special bedding may be necessary for a safe and secure journey. Animals’ deserve our best efforts to insure that their travel plans are coordinated to best suit their needs. Because animals rely on us to get them there, we at OATS work closely with our staff veterinarian, airlines, and other professional transporters in making this happen.

Each shipment requires our individual attention to details, as transporting a dog is entirely different from transporting a Komodo dragon. Health Certificates, vaccinations, containers, permits and requirements vary from state to state and country to country for each species.
